When you choose us, we prepare your apartment from empty shelves to a listing that is ready for guests. You do not buy linen, chase suppliers or learn the platforms.
Below is exactly what the one-time setup includes, what is paid separately, and what happens next. Everything we provide stays in your apartment and belongs to you.
Your One-Time Setup
The price depends on how many guests your apartment can host, because we provide linen and towels for every guest.

Paid Separately
Two items are paid by the owner directly. Nothing else is added to the setup.

After Launch: You Simply Receive
Our management fee is 20% of rental income, plus VAT. There is nothing else to pay.
Once your apartment is live, we handle pricing, guest communication, cleaning and day-to-day operations. You receive your income each month, together with a clear report, and you can see every booking.
